The staff were very polite and friendly. The room was spotless, modern and comfortable. The hotel and parking were quite during my stay. Just what I needed at the end of a day of traveling!

Family Get Away

This hotel was very conveniently located. We spent on day in Cassville & the next day in Bay City. There was a lot of restaurants & stores very close to this hotel. The counter staff here were very friendly. The ladies that took care of the breakfast were very friendly & helpful. The rooms & bathroom were clean. I would stay here again.

Pros: older hotel but obvious upgrades, friendly check-in--Reagan, Clean, no odors, shampoo and conditioner dispensers, AC worked, good shower, grab bar in tub, comfortable bed, free parking. Cons: pretty skimpy breakfast--no fruits Inconvenient coffee location in narrow crowded hallway, breakfast attendant, Leila unfriendly and not helpful, check-out emp same.
