There was no toilet paper, tissues, or trash cans in my room. The tub was cracked in multiple places. The walls were deteriorating and the fire alarm went off in the morning

The hotel needs renovations. We were checked into a room that had a hole in the wall and the bathroom tub had not been cleaned. Amenities were extremely outdated. Rust on door hinges. I was disappointed because I expected more from a Best Western. However; when I went to the front desk to report our room condition, the clerk was very apologetic and gave us another room.
