I do understand that this is an older hotel. Need someone that cares about their work in housekeeping. Was issued a handicap accessible room didn’t need it but I would feel so sad if someone else got that room toilet parts were discontinued water from that running onto the floor, the cable wasn’t working, and trash still under the garage bag. Issued a new room better but microwave needed to be replaced all mirrors in both rooms had smearing and this also included the TV screens, hole in bathroom wall. Need to inspect the room to make sure they are not just half a** done. Also water pressure was not good especially when u flush i was making sure it went down. Staff at front was nice and understanding can’t blame them they only see what’s available not knowing what you about to walk into. And why would u put a coffee pot in the bathroom that’s is so gross

Everything was good up until one of the workers tried to claim an uber order was theirs when it wasn’t. We ordered take out and a made tried to claim she was me abs took my food, luckily my husband stopped her and she acted like she was taking it to our room but the delivery person said she was stopped on the way to our room and took the food claiming it was theirs

It was way more than I actually expected from reviews. The bed was comfortable, I can’t say the same for the pillows. Had to go get one of my own. But the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean the hotel smelled clean as soon as you walked in. The breakfast was great for being a continental breakfast, the cafe attendant was superb. Never lacked anything. They all did an amazing job. I would definitely stay again.
