We really liked our room. It was very clean. The mattress was heavenly. I really liked the hot chocolate pods in the room. We would stay there again.

This place 2ad quiet and cute, right off the highway. Easy check in and grest parking. I appreciated the reasonable fee for our dog. Would definitely come back

The room was very nice and clean. However, when we turned the shower on, the handle came right off as though it had just been sitting there. We managed to use the handle to get the water off and called the front desk. The woman asked if the shower was still working and it obviously wasn’t working without an attached handle so the question was inane. Then, she immediately let us know that there was no handyman to fix it, No offer of an alternate room in which to shower or mention of a discount. She did apologize, but the apology did not negate the fact that I’d paid for a deluxe queen room with a shower and they failed to deliver the shower. Ultimately, we had to get back on the road and really didn’t have time to argue so I washed my hair in the tiny sink and back on the road we went. Wouldn’t recommend the property for future visits.

The room is in need of an upgrade/remodel. It wasn’t a very clean room. The gal at the front desk was very helpful and cordial. I pulled out the night stand and it hadn’t been cleaned behind there in a very long time. The room had 2 doors to the outside. The one to the courtyard was not locked when I entered the room. It was a little eerie knowing someone could have been in the room.

No 'swing bar lock' on the door. Not that the area is unsafe, but I have never been in a motel room without one. The photos on the website make it look like a resort. It is not. It is an older motel next to a busy highway. Nothing wrong with that. But that is what it is.

We go EVERY year in January. We always get the King Deluxe with the hot tub. Nice surprise the rooms were just updated with nice carpet, bigger TV’s and very comfortable beds. Breakfast options are a nice bonus. We had bad luck this time: the guy in the adjoining King Suite was running the water for the jacuzzi long enough to fill a dozen jacuzzi’s and the water and vibration IS LOUD when you are next door. He also kept slamming his door. Common courtesy is not so common. Only bad experience after all these years. Was bound to happen sometime. We will go back again. Like this place.

Price was good and breakfast had a lot of choices. Room had no bed spread or blanket. Service said they were sorry the Hotel didn’t have enough blankets or bedspreads Temperature was 31 degrees so it was a restless sleep. No tv remote.
