Rooms are disgusting, the in room couch looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, stains on bed, poor room condition, found 2 spiders (1 brown recluse) in room, smelled like cigarettes, WiFi didn’t work, didn’t have local channels on TV, sketchy locks on doors, and just overall one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Shocked I didn’t find any evidence of bed bugs. I left a day early on my stay because I was so disgusted with this place.

Majestic mountain is a cute property with helpful staff, however the cleanliness left something to be desired. Food in the couch, grime (easily removed) on the shower walls and hair/dirt stuck to the bathroom walls/door.

Our television would flick every 10 min and lose the volume, We had to turn it off and back on every time to reset. The front porch lights weren’t working on our building leaving every one’s vehicles in the dark. Otherwise it’s a clean cute little place for the money and we will definitely re-visit in the future.

Dirty and no internet

No Internet the entire stay. Stains on bedding and on the shower curtain aling with a pubic hair on the shower wall. Splatters of something on the wall. Only offered 10% off of base rate to compensate. Horrible stay, couldn't wait to get home and shower and wash all bags and belongings.

Great place to stay!

I want to thank the young lady at the front desk. She was very kind and understanding. There was an unfortunate stench im the room we checked into particularly in the restroom. The bathtub or shower curtain had urine odor. The hotel in general was very clean so I'm not pinning this on housekeeping. Maybe after the room was cleaned the smell may of gone away but it lingered afterwards. Wife called the front desk and they quickly accommodated us with another room.
