WORST STAY EVER

I expected SO much more from Sonesta. Deliberately booked here as there was a pool. However, when I went to use pool there was a sign it was closed due to "seasonal issues".....seriously, its an INDOOR pool, what "season" could cause issues. If pool is not open this should be posted on the website. Also really surprised there was NO breakfast as typical in most hotels. Only thing offered was a bagel or 4 oz container of cereal for SEVEN DOLLARS!!! (and 30 cents). UN.BE.LIEV.A..ABLE!!!! Again this should be posted on website. I will NEVER stay at a Sonesta again.

Perfect!

It was perfect after a 5 hour drive to see a concert. The bed was so comfortable I couldve slept forever! Everything was very clean. Nice little selection of snacks for purchase. I would definitely stay again!

The front desk and hallways smelled clean. The room was nice, and roomy. We left to have dinner and when we got back THERE WAS NO POWER. We showered giving it time for the power to come back and we found a roach on the shower so we immediately got our things and checked out. They WERE fair enough to refund our money.

Not recommended at all!

I ended up leaving and staying somewhere else. I have no idea why this is rated "excellent" here, but I was in a room where the door didn't quite close, the peep hole cover was broken and there were signs everywhere about how the hotel was not responsible for valuables. The front desk person did offer to move me, which might have taken care of the first two things, but the last one was non-negotiable. I was traveling with my laptop and I would have been worried about it all day when I wasn't there. I did not feel safe (traveling by myself), so I moved to a different hotel entirely before the first overnight and, since this was "prepaid," I lost all of the money. There's no one on hotels.com to help me either, so I will not be reserving through them in the future.

The room was ok, but not especially comfortable. The toilet didn’t flush easily and the shower temp was very difficult to regulate- going from scalding to cold and back with little in between. But the price we got was great and when we asked for an additional room for our son, the staff were very accommodating. Loved the room darkening shades that made sleep easier!
