I had a very bad experience at this property. As an Expedia VIP member, I was expecting a complimentary room upgrade, but when I asked, I was told I would need to pay extra. The room itself was also disappointing—the toilet was leaking, and even though we requested housekeeping service, no one ever came. Our bed was never made. Overall, it was a very poor experience.

We stayed in the towers but had to walk to the other side of the establishment for dinner but rented an electric scooter because of a knee replacement....people were great helping us find the restaurant.
