Great pool and hot tub area. Very good restaurant and bar. Breakfast was exceptional and restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. The person who checked us in was especially courteous, friendly and efficient. Overall great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

Unsatisfied.

It was a nice looking hotel. When I arrived the common areas were very humid and felt like the AC wasn't working. Had to wait 5-10 minutes for the front desk rep to come out of the office to check me in. The rep didn't check the details of reservation and I had to go back and get my 30 dollar voucher for my prepaid breakfast. When I went to the restaurant for dinner there was only 1 employee working, we had to wait longer than expected for everything.The lady working was good, food was good and she was attentive, just shouldn't have been by herself. Next the AC in the room wasn't working well either, took to long for it to cycle on and had to lower the temp to 65 to keep it running.

Grandson enjoyed the pool. Restaurant food was really good and staff was friendly. Our room was a sad story though. Carpet was filthy (turned your feet black), toilet leaked at base and bathroom stunk badly of sewage, lost power one evening for over 3 hours, so no a/c or tv and so staff claimed they didn't know how to give us a partial refund since we booked through Expedia.

The power was out upon arrival, staff was great and running around like mad men trying to figure out what was going on , rooms were not that clean, no hot water, and everything in the hotel was closed due to the power outage

Our first room had water on the floor under the window. This was likely from the rain they had received over the recent days, including the day we were there. Also the air conditioner was making a noise. We were promptly moved to another room when we mentioned the issues which was better / still air conditioner made some noise but not as bad. I believe our rooms were 223 (1st) and (2nd) 220.
