Lovely hotel. But the choices in the room and bathroom of dark colors makes lighting very difficult. In the bathroom especially the updates are beautiful but the lighting is dim and attempting to do make up and hair styling was challenging!

The amenities (coffee bar on each floor, bikes, etc.) make up for the fact that our room wasn’t ready for a 4p check-in, one of the elevators wasn’t working, and the daily resort fee doesn’t include parking. It’s a great location and I would definitely stay again - just not in-season. The cafe and restaurant looked really good.

A strong option in Burlington with beautiful views of Lake Champlain. Pur only feedback is that two of three elevators were out of service, and the one that worked had a very loud squeak. If you stay in the six rooms closest to the elevator bay on any floor, you will hear this throughout the night.

Would like the coffee back in the rooms. Don’t like going to the hallway in my pjs. The elevator screeched every time the doors opened and could be heard in the rooms all through the night. Lots of homeless people in the area. Don’t feel safe walking, which is why we chose this hotel. So we could walk everywhere. Upon checking out we found parking tickets on our vehicle even though we paid for parking In the hotel garage. They never informed us that we needed to scan a QR code and register our vehicle even though we asked what we needed to do to identify our vehicle. Then they told us there was nothing they could do. After a heated discussion they made things right. Overall not a great stay.
