Loved how beautiful the property was and how close it was to the ocean/beach. All of the wildlife was beautiful and fun to watch from our balconies. Staff and food was both great! Pools were amazing too. Great time and excited to come back!

My biggest complaint was the beach. We did not get a beach day because of the seaweed infestation but that was no fault of the hotel although they could have attempted to clean it! No room service at this hotel and buffet food only available for breakfast and lunch. Positives: clean and friendly staff. Hotel and rooms were clean, you could see someone cleaning something at all times. They came in everyday to clean our room and leave plenty of towels. Food was decent, you could always count on the fresh to order omelette station for breakfast and fresh to order pasta station for lunch. Great for kids, they had beach toys and a water play area for littles. Beautiful property, mature trees with tons of wildlife running around. Capibaras, monkeys in the trees, and deer.

My stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel room had a serious issue with mosquitoes, and to make matters worse, there were roaches on the bed. The staff, particularly the bar and store employees, were very unwelcoming. I was constantly looked up and down and made to feel uncomfortable. The worst experience was with a female bartender in the main lobby—when I asked about a drink, she rudely responded, “Don’t you know?” As a guest visiting a resort, I expect staff to be helpful and courteous, not dismissive and condescending. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially in a hospitality setting. The room had a strong sewage-like odor, which was also noticeable upon entering the hotel. When I took a shower, the water didn’t drain properly, causing it to overflow and leave the entire bathroom floor soaked. It was both uncomfortable and unsanitary. The TV in the room wasn’t working properly either—it kept glitching and made it difficult to watch anything. Just another inconvenience that added to an already disappointing stay. The golf carts took an incredibly long time to pick us up whenever we needed a ride from the lobby to our room. The wait times were frustrating, especially in the heat, and it felt like the transportation service was poorly managed. It was frustrating to see golf carts prioritizing staff over guests. Multiple times, we saw carts picking up workers while guest were waiting in long lines.

The property is nice, but the customer service is terrible Last year, I had the same experience with the Princess Hotel in Punta Cana. I thought it was just the culture of the area, But NO, I believe now is the culture of the hotel brand itself. The way the employees treat you is just not appropriate; they are very indifferent and aggressive, The front desk employees, AMIRA, were very rude to us and the concierge department; after my complaint, they just focused on justifying their employees. I will never come back to this hotel brand.

The property is very out dated and is under construction currently which is not shown on their website. The pool is very chipped and needs a serious paint job. The food was not great at all. The Thai food was ketchup and BBQ sauce for their pad Thai sauce. The best food was the brick oven pizza from Mamma Mia restaurant. The staff was very nice for the most part and the housekeeper was great always cleaning the room twice a day sometimes. Overall, OK experience but I won’t go back due to bad food and outdated facility.

Great stay, staff are helpful, friendly and there to ensure you just have a good time! They kept the resort clean and my room was always up to par. The restaurants were very good and I enjoyed the entertainment. Only down side is they are under construction so areas were closed. The Buffett food is bland and needs seasoning. And lastly there are no clocks in the room so there is no way to know the time at a glance or ways to set an alarm outside the phone or having a morning wake up call. Outside of those small things everything else is amazing

Absolutely love staying here. The large property with multiple pools made sure that no Aria was overly congested. There was a shuttle service to get from one end of the resort to the other, which was awesome due to the size of the resort. Numerous dining options… Most of the food was decent, but nothing overly amazing, I still definitely over eight every day because there was so many options. Staff were extremely friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great middle of the road stay. I was expecting a higher end stay similar to Secrets and other 5-star resorts we have stayed at. The food was hit and miss. The Mexican restaurant was spot on, however the Thai restaurant was not even close. The steakhouse, La Vaqeuria has set the record as the worst steak I have ever tried to eat. We could not cut it with a steak knife. They did offer me a different entre. The staff were nice and tried to meet expectations. Room service was pretty good, and they would do a follow up call after each room service to ensure we had what we ordered. I included a photo of the beach there because, if you travel from March - August, this will be your beach. The beach had a slight smell because of the seaweed build up. Not the resorts fault, however other resorts mitigated this by removing seaweed daily. Princess did not. 4.5 on a scale of 1-10

The staff are amazing. The grounds are gorgeous. Pools are great and never had a problem finding chairs. The specialty restaurants are very good and easy to get reservations. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Every employee was so friendly, kind and helpful.

The Staff are excellent and hardworking. The owners of this hotel are pitting hardworking staff against unsuspecting guests by: No providing a provision or explanation before construction prior to booking, unsafe conditions for animals and human interactions, no animal keeper to safeguard animals and staff, poor food quality in terms of food, broken and old furniture throughout hotel room, dust a debris visible and within access of breathing and pool contamination, 50% of pools are completely closed, constant nagging of guests to "demonstrate bracelets visibly (feels like a prison), disgruntled older gentleman with night food service, complained plates were too heavy (please give him a safe job that doesn't require him to complain to guests about his pain), beaches were terrible due to unforseen seawood build up, rotting seaweed air throughout the compound, unsafe beaching conditions for anyone trying to rest peacefully, no less than 10 vendors harrassing during stay, multiple families compained of food born illness upon arrival from the "main buffet", unclear checkout processes, too many phone calls to the room due to multiple communication barriers, 50% of restaurants shut down, screaming in the hallways, doors slamming echo throughout, doors on patio do not lock, animals entered room to steal food, broken toilets, lamp, tv and couches, limited pool hours for nightime swimmers, limited pool closes at 8 PM. The owners are clearly taken advantage of staff and guests.
