More security in the walking path in the night we were approach in our last night by a Puerto Rico visitor guest drunk and ask if the young lady was our daughter it was scary ! Did not sleep well but we check out in the morning at 5 am and was scared walking to the lobby the good thing one driver ask us for the drive to the lobby and we checked out safely!

We stayed 4 days . The staff is amazing, everyone will greet you and offer to help if you needed it, the hotel is under construction but there’s plenty of pools to use and the buffet options did not disappoint. We had a great time, definitely will be back

The resort has a lot of potential. It is under construction and will be great when it’s complete. Unfortunately it is somewhat of a mess now. Multiple restaurants were closed during our stay. The spa, was just an area for a massage with no amenities. The original spa was closed due to renovations. The supervisors were trying to make things better, but the description did not match what you actually see. The property is in desperate need of maintenance and care. A lot of places had chipped paint and stains. The newer areas are really nice, but I won’t be there to enjoy it! The staff is very attentive and helpful but are not in control with all the changes, closures and renovations.

The app didn’t state that half the resort was closed and not all the restaurants listed were open. I have been to numerous Mexico resorts and this was my least favorite. The food was horrible I almost fell multiple times a day. There was also no food options at the pool and you couldn’t eat pool side. Staff was friendly and the room was ok

If i could give this property a 10 i would but the only downside was they were having construction going so the s refills dinning options were booked quick . Also they do not provide transportation for the airport you have to pay for that seperate .. But everything was excellent ! Planning to book again with my children .. p.s even with construction the property was still quiet !

To start, the rooms were nice, we stayed at the pool entrance rooms, it was great. All the staff we met were very kind and attentive. The only issue we had was the floor in our room and around the halls, they were very slippery. We had a fall in the room and walking down the hall.

I am disappointed with the poor quality of the wifi, the variety of the menu. When they changed the main cafe where we ate near the lobby to a new one, there was generally not much you could take yourself and you had to wait for the waiters to serve you. I do not plan to return here also because there are stones in the sea that create inconveniences for swimming, and there were springs in the sea that muddied the water and smelled unpleasant.

We can’t say enough good things about the resort, the incredibly friendly staff. The food was delicious and a large variety to cater to all guests. Our room had a private pool and was a great way to start or unwind at the end of the day. We loved being surrounded by wild life and the beautiful foliage. The coati’s were very entering, but ensure you lock your doors or you will wake up to furry friends like our neighbours lol! The beach was immaculate even during seaweed season. The weather said rain for many days but it never came until our last day which made it a very enjoyable time. The only flaw would be a new ice cream scoop for the buffet lol! Other than that it is truly a 5 star resort and the best of the best.

This resort was beautiful! Despite the renovations, it wasn’t bothersome to us and there were still many activities to do on the property. It was just unfortunate that we couldn’t see the whole resort. Most of the staff were friendly & helpful. Our room was really nice & clean. The buffet was pretty good. The food can get repetitive but thats why you have the a la carte restaurants. We fortunately got reservations at most of them except at Miso Thai. The food was really good, especially at the Le Fleur (fav) and La Haciendas. 2 out of the four reservations we had were late night. It seemed that the later reservations were, the worse the service was. The worst experience we had was at the grill restaurant. We felt very dismissed by our waiter, the wrong orders were brought & the steaks were not cooked properly. On our last night, we got to try the new location for the riviera buffet, which was beautiful! The additions to the food buffet were amazing. I wish we got another day to experience this new location as they had more options and the design was more modern. The drinks were great, although it did taste very watered down at times. The pools were also kept well. Jonathan at the fantasy pool was great! I suggest you join one of his activities (waterpolo or aquafit) at least once! The beach was also beautiful. The seaweed was not as bad as I was expecting. We got to paddleboard & snorkel(free). We were able to see a school of fish close to the shore which was cool!
