Room wan not clean, it seemed cleaning was not even done after the people that were there before us left. I would love that all people who stay there are treated as equals. There is a lot of tourists staying at this hotel and seemed to be well treated, differently than nationals. We didn’t have ice in the ice holder. Overall the pool was great, food was delicious. And there is a lot to explore.

Tiles were missing from room side pool chases. Outside of buildings need power washing. 1/2 of the resort was under construction which made it visually not as appealing. Restaurants were limited hours and only one buffet that had same choices. When construction is complete and if they open all restaurants for more hours giving more dining options this could be a great resort.

Our family trip to Cancun booked through Expedia was extremely disappointing. We were moved to a different hotel due to “renovations,” but when we arrived, no one told us anything. The kids’ water park was closed for most of our stay, there was loud construction everywhere, unsafe areas with rocks and nails, and the Kids Club was empty and confusing. Staff were rude, our room smelled like sewage, and cleaning was poor. The transportation included in our package was suddenly cancelled by Expedia less than 24 hours before our flight, and we had to pay $225 CAD for new transport. This was our first real vacation after working hard, and it was stressful, uncomfortable, and nothing like what we expected. We would not recommend this experience.

The customer service was Amazing.. upon arrival I received a band upgrade to platinum which was nice allowed for some additional amenities. The room was very nice jazucci tub, walk out to a pool w/ lounge chair. Everyone at the resort was pleasant to chat with. I will caution that the look of the area outside of the gates,high walls,barbwire had me concerned but upon arrival; gates opened to a beautiful resort. It was an excellent time.

The hotel in general was good, but as it was undergoing repairs, some areas were closed and you could feel noise some times. I cannot speak about the pools, because we did not go. The buffet was great, specially the paellas made by Chef Eladio, you cannot miss them. We loved the Italian restaurant as well, not so much La Vaqueria and Le Fleur. Our spa experience was excellent, and I would recommend you to look for Rosario to guide you and treat you too. I think that when the repairs are over, the hotel will be an excellent choice for a holiday.

Beautiful rooms and great service! There is no need to even leave the resort. we got the deluxe and it was awesome. One thing that has nothing to do with hotel is excursions! don't waste time but this resort has everything and can point you in the right direction if you want to do anything else. I suggest isla mujeres or cozumel.

We had an amazing stay at the Princess Resort. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept, the staff very friendly and professional. We loved the huge buffet which had an incredible amount of delicious food. The beach area was well groomed; the moss was washing up, but they were cleaning it up right away.
