Diane (I think that’s her name) is so friendly and fun at check in - she’s amazing and makes sure to explain ALL the things! The soaking tubs are amazing. The staff is all friendly. You can easily walk to the Lava Hot springs pools and there are some great dining options close The hotel itself is older but very well kept and a perfect getaway from the busy city life 💕

Really cool historic hotel, the staff was awesome, parking was easy. The whole town is very walkable from the hotel, the private hot springs were clean and nice. Breakfast was great, my wife and I stay in Lava 1/2 times a year and this was a great experience.

Quaint old French style Hotel

The staff were excellent!!! Friendly, helpful, and kind. The Restaurant was excellent and the food was amazing, outdoor seating was right by the river and enjoyable. The breakfast area staff were also excellent and the food was also amazing, they have they’re very own baker who makes wonderful French pastries.The hotel its self is old the rooms are basic and old, the window seals and walls, carpets and shower curtain were dirty.

Very charming grounds and hotel. Id say the easily nicest in town. Bed comfy, breakfast good and served in a very nice area of the hotel. Quice excellent. Many options. Hot springs were nice. Restaurant had great menu but we didnt eat dinner. Staff was friendly and helpful.
