The space

The home is currently setup as 4 full bedrooms and sleeps 10 comfortably with the following configurations:

Master bedroom: Private relaxing oasis with cathedral ceilings and skylights with chaise seating area and a king size luxury pillow top bed with dark espresso furniture and 40 LCD TV. Connects to an attached masted bath with double sink and large jet soaking tub.

2nd bedroom: 2 twin luxury pillow top mattress sets with private slider door access to the outdoor 700sqft patio.

3rd bedroom: large vaulted ceilings with 6 skylights. Yes, 6 skylights! Queen Lise luxury pillow top mattress set with desk alcove and an attached loft area with soaring ceilings and great views of inside and outside the home.

4th bedroom: located on the lower level large queen sized luxury pillow top mattress set located just off the recreation room with coal burning stove and large slate pool table.

5th sleeping area is located in the loft on the upper level with a twin trundle set.

Home is complete with 3 full baths and 2 half baths generously placed throughout the home.

Living room features a double view wood burning fireplace with double slider doors leading to the expansive 700sqft deck and outdoor spa.

Kitchen features double mount JennAir wall ovens and all the housewares you ll need to cook. Enjoy the views of the outdoors through the sliders that connect to the deck and spa.

All 3 TVs in the house is equipped with Netflix and the living room TV has a Chromecast as well.

Guest access

The entire house you will have access to with the exception of garage, utility room and attic space.

We are available 24/7 via text and email to answer any inquiry and available 8am - 11pm via phone.

Stillwater Estates Community Association charges a one time $125 transaction fee payable to the Association. The visitor form MUST be filled out 7 days prior to check-in and the fee must be paid more than 48 hours prior to check-in or else an additional $25 late processing fee applies. (But don t worry, we ll set it all up for you).

Over 8 Guests:
We charge a $50 / night fee for each extra person after 8 people. If you need to increase your party size after booking the reservation, please note that these additional charges will apply. Booking this listing means you agree to follow any rules and regulations listed in our House Manual.

Parking:
Please note, we have room for up to 6 cars in our driveway, so please plan accordingly. Parking on the street is prohibited by the Association and will be subjected to a fine.

Security cameras:
We have ADT security for the house and there are two cameras outside the property, one on the front of the house and another in the back.

Pets:
Pets are permitted on a case-by-case basis, with a one-time charge of $100 per pet. You will be asked to agree on a set of reasonable rules for having pets before they will be permitted.
