Thé door knob was a little finicky but once you get a hang of it, it works well. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was kept clean. Thé location is excellent to get to the beach/boardwalk and to the shopping area at Arnold avenue.

Sweet Mid-Century Beach Town Vibes

I just needed a comfortable, inexpensive place to stay so I could attend a funeral the next day. I was very happy to find a sweet, mid-century modern type motel with a low-key vibe and a very comfortable bed. And, I must say, the best regular shower I've had in a hotel in a very long time!

Decent for a quick stay

Positives- seemed clean, mini fridge and microwave in room. Decent size room. Negatives- very uncomfortable bed. Room was freezing. 62 degrees and with 3 thermostats in the room none of them worked. Possibly just for the room was broken I’m not sure. But I was freezing through the night. Wasn’t comfortable asking the man in the office about it.

Needed a peaceful weekend in a great corner room with the arched ceilings. I would suggest tinting or getting shades as that sunrise is beautiful - if you are up to see it. Other than that, it was a nice weekend away.
