YOU DESERVE .....this 2500 square foot spacious beach house with central air is perfect for your family's vacation. It is clean, crisp, comfortable, and conveniently located 1/2 block from the beach and to all that Point Pleasant Beach has to offer. Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze on a rocker that waits just for you on our large wrap-around front porch, taking in the view of the shore, or perhaps, sit on the back porch overlooking a large yard and enjoy the quiet (what a perfect way to end a day at the beach). It is well-maintained, clean, crisp, comfortable, and tastefully done with a country cottage theme.
The first floor has an oversized comfortable kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, a living room with a 50' flat screen smart TV, cable, gas fireplace and a separate bar/sunroom area; dining room, kitchen, and a separate 'hangout' room for kids with flat screen tv, new custom bathroom with shower right off back porch. (Covered back porch is a great place to have summer meals!)
The second floor features a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a new, custom full master bath. Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed. Bedroom #3 features one twin /one full bed, and Bedroom #4 has a twin bed with a trundle, conveniently located near another new custom bathroom.
Parking in the driveway. Our home is conveniently located near amusements, many family-friendly restaurants, free concerts on the beach, free family-style movies on the beach, a talent show, a firework display viewed from the back porch, a comedy club, town shops, parks, fishing and crabbing, and a health spa and free bus shuttle so you may not have to visit your car during your stay. Keep in mind Atlantic City, Jersey Shore Outlets, Monmouth Race Track, and PNC Art Center are just a car ride away.
We are confident that you will enjoy your stay! Like most, you will not want to leave, promise.

Excellent Stay

The house was spotless, short walk to the boardwalk, big yard with grill , beach chairs and umbrellas are included, paper plates, blender, grill equipment and everything else you could need is all there! Can't wait to return!

I have stayed in different Beach house's and Condo's in many locations. This house was the very best and my favorite. It was more beautiful in person. The house was decorated perfectly. It was so clean and spotless as well. Which made me happy. There was plenty of room. I had 5 people with me. There was a place for everyone to do their own thing. The kitchen was stocked. Everything you need is already there. Even the bathroom's were stocked with shampoo and body wash. Cleaning supplies to. My family hung out in the Sunroom and played music and card games. It's a perfect spot. The backyard was great. We cooked on the grill one nite and hung out. The porch is nice for morning coffee. Or just to relax . Now the location of the house is perfect. You are 3 house's away from the boardwalk and beach. Also you can walk into town. We barely moved our car. Rose was so sweet and available if you needed her. Don't second guess about renting, just do it. You will love it as much as my family did.

Perfect House

The house was clean, spacious and bright. The location was amazing - just a 1 minute walk to the boardwalk, even with little kids. Well stocked kitchen. Clean, spacious bathrooms. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect Getaway!

As someone who reads every review written when choosing a rental, believe me when I say this house could not be more perfect!! Interior of the house - super clean, spacious and beautiful decor! Between the kitchen, dining room, tv room, bar area, and kids room (perfect addition for my 1.5 yr old and 4 yr old nephew) there was more than enough living space for the entire family and then some. The house is also stocked with anything you would ever need to make you feel right at home (it may even have more than my own home)! The front porch - great for morning coffee, evening cocktail, or even just people watching :) The backyard - the entire yard was gated which was perfect for traveling with kids. The patio has two hightop tables plus adirondack chairs, providing you with plenty of seating. There's also strung lighting which was great for late night card games with the family, a good size weber grill, a storage bin filled with toys, tommy bahama beach chairs/umbrella, and enough rocks to keep my daughter entertained for hours :) The location - couldn't be better! Not only is it three houses from the boardwalk, but it's (in my opinion) the best part of the boardwalk. Straight ahead you'll find a large miniature golf course, Tiki bar and Jenks for food/drinks. To the right you'll find more food, games and amusement rides; and then to the left you have more games, food and the aquarium. It was great to be able to spend a couple hours on the beach, head back to the house for lunch and then go back for the afternoon without having a lug all that comes along with the kids (and the kids) a decent distance. The owner - last but certainly not least ..Rose was amazing! We had an unexpected death in the family the week we were supposed to go, and when I reached out to her she couldn't have been more understanding, accommodating and compassionate! It was truly a pleasure staying in her beautiful home, and I can't wait to book again!!

Perfect Beach Getaway !

Perfect from beginning to end, lovely homeowners, beautiful immaculate house one block from Jenkinnsons boardwalk, beach , arcades and rides. Beautiful outdoor porches , amazing fireworks seen from the backyard and loaded with everything you could think of for a memorable vacation !

Great location!

We had a great time at Rose’s home in Point Pleasant Beach. The house is very clean and spacious, and well stocked with essential pantry items as well as beach equipment such as umbrella and chairs. The location for us was amazing, super close to the beach, boardwalk and Playa Bowl (my favorite açaí place). The only caveat is that check in is at 3pm (not starting at 3pm). I misunderstood the instructions and was not able to get there exactly at 3pm. Rose was easy to reach and was able to accommodate my post 3pm check in. We are definitely considering retuning next year.

Couldn’t ask for more!!

I am so pleased with this house and with the attentiveness and friendliness of Rose. I couldn’t ask for more. The home was so clean, so well decorated, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything you could want. The location is perfect. Very close to the boards and beach but not so close that you have to be swallowed up by a crowd. The porch was my favorite because it is so peaceful, clean, decorated nicely, and the ocean breeze was prefect. During this pandemic it was nice to sit on the wrap around porch and “people watch” and relax away from them at the same time. My family and I had a wonderful vacation and that was due to Rose and her beautiful home and hospitality. Thank you!!!

Fabulous beach vacation

Never having vacationed at the Jersey Shore we were not sure what to expect. The property manager was great. She was very responsive to any questions we had. Before we arrived we were concerned about the cleanliness of the house considering the health crisis right now however the house had been sanitized before arriving. The house was very well stocked with kitchen supplies as well as beach chairs and toys. You can't beat the proximity to the beach and boardwalk which is literally a few houses away. My only issue was that we couldn't stay longer. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to get away with their family.

Paradise!

Our beach getaway was amazing! We loved being able to walk everywhere! So many adventures! We loved all the family activities that Jenkinson’s has to offer - beach bingo, beach combing, hermit crab races, fireworks! We enjoyed the aquarium so much that our little boy ended up adopting a penguin part of a program they offer at the aquarium! They were so kind and helpful!! A short walk away and there is fishing on Lake Louise, Top That Donuts and our favorite Lighthouse Italian Ice ! We enjoyed the waves at the beach and the soft sand! The house is amazing - spotlessly clean and comfortable! Everyone had their own spaces to enjoy but there was also many spaces to come together as a family! Thank you Rose for sharing your home - we loved the time we had there together!!!!
