Building was difficult to find, especially @ 5:30 pm dark, lots of traffic, and we had Garmin! Check in was great, staff friendly and helpful. However, handicap access door @ side facing street was broken, 2 nd door not too far away, was working. When we came in, no directions (as in arrows, #s) directed us to our room, but we wondered around until we found it. Door stuck and, if my husband had not shoved on it, we would not have gotten in. Light switches on wall did not work, so we stumbled around until we finally figured out where the switch on a wall light was. Bed was comfy but only 3 pillows. Tv was a little tricky to figure out but once we did, it worked fine. Slept well, very quiet.
