I’ve stayed at this property many times. The staff, all the housekeepers and front desk are lovely. But my last stay no hot water on the evening of check in. Not resolved until the next morning when I could finally shower. No refunds offered. But Expedia came through with excellent service. I’m torn at staying here again. The manager might have lost a good, clean, quiet guest😔.

We always try to stay in the Hampton Inn. It's always been the best and we are always able to get a really good night sleep. This time - not so good - The staff were very friendly. One of them seemed to be a newbie and was not able to get into the supply closet to get us more towels and the package coffee for the room. The bed seemed to be a pretty worn down bed as it kept rolling you towards the off edge of the bed. The pillows weren't as nice as we've had before at the Hampton Inn. The room looked clean but just didn't smell clean - that was a little concerning. Overall we weren't as pleased with the Hampton Inn as it has been for us previously. Also, the signage outside really needs to be lit up as it appears there are letters on the building that are dark.

Our room reeked of mildew, and had mold growing in the bathroom. Our door stopped working mid stay. I had to clean the pool before we could get in due to it beeing full of desd bugs, trash, and leaves.

Needed a place for a quick trip for a wedding. The place was nice clean and was greeted nicely. Couldn’t check in early but we did “check in” but couldn’t have the keys Bed and room were nice. However, need better pillows. The two offered were not good just very flat made for a not so great trip. If I was there longer would have go and gotten some of my own.
