The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms and areas within and out are clean. Elevator has a horribke smell rhough. Really the only rhing I can say that isn't satisfactory is the lack of breakfast and a pool. They do have a lil shop that you can buy a few snack items and microwave sandwiches. And there is coffee, thank God. Overall its a great place to stay for cleanliness and convenience to surrounding areas. A pool would be a great investment, and 4 or at least 3 towels would be appreciated, I use 2 myself. Head and body. Also a blow dryer would be helpful.. not a deal breaker but the soap provided is awful...considered Dove products? Lol... again a great place to stay especially on a limited budget

Waited 20 mins to check in had to leave and come back twice as there was no staff around. Hallways smelt like urine and horrible. Ice machines didnt work. Dirty. Only one pillow. Missing toilet paper.

Elevator reeked of human pee. Room only had 1 bath towel for 4 guests when i called i was told to come to front desk and get them. Never cleaned our brought fresh towels in our two day stay. Bed was basically non existent felt like we slept on the platform beneath

It was not terrible but it did have alot of very sketchy people. As when we arrived to check in there was an officer questioning some people in the parking lot. The beds were ok but definitely firm and for us it was not very comfortable long term but worked for our one night rest stop. There is a little snack and drink shop available thst was nice.

As soon as I walked in I could smell meldo thought it might just be there so got in the elevator and it had a pleasant smell so drop our bags and went to get food came back and smell was still there and it n the room on the bed just everywhere. Had no coffee maker in room no soaps I. Bathroom one towel, one wash rag one hand towel no shampoo or conditioner no hairdryer and absolutely had nothing extra the bare minimum. I would’ve much rather paid a few more dollars and had a lot better room. Also the coffee downstairs was not good at all and had no creamer or sugar for the coffee. Overall, the hotel needs some new management. It appears.
