The room was too tight and even though we requested for 3 people only 2 towels were on the room had to request more towels. The TV controls were not working properly and tv was too old with bad resolution.

I always like staying at this hotel. We accidentally booked the wrong night and they were gracious and allowed us to change the date at the front desk. The only thing my husband dislikes about this hotel is that the beds seem shorter than the usual length of a bed. He's 6 feet tall though, so if you're short like me, you won't care. Clean, quiet, safe, close to the airport. Bring change for the taxi to the airport, it's $10 and the driver very likely will not have any change. :) Not the hotel's fault- but it would be nice if they offered the shuttle again like they used to.

Ho Hum

Had a lot of mosquitos in our room upon arrival which was an unpleasant surprise along with extremely loud music penetrating our room. Ask for a room away from the pool area if you want a peaceful stay or to sleep before 10 pm. Room was clean and air conditioner worked well. Ho hum atmosphere so no pictures to show. Nice shower. Dinner was disappointing but breakfast was the best! Thought airport shuttle would be free but was charged $5/person. Convenient location for early morning flight out of Managua though.
