Convenient location for excursions to Olympic National Park, mattress felt relatively new and comfortable. Room and particularly the sofa had a bit of a musty smell, I think the facility has weathered some pretty heavy usage (never before have I seen a laminated sign in a hotel room requesting that the guests use the room towels only for their intended purposes and not to dye hair, clean fish (or any other species of meat), or wash/wipe off a car/truck/motorcycle - I think the staff and facility must have been through a LOT over the years!). Staff are very helpful and friendly and I think are doing the best they can amid the challenges of maintaining an older property with a limited tourist season.

Redecorating with incomplete updates. Bathroom door needed replaced, couch cushions also. Not enough towels provided and no towel racks or hooks especially in bathroom. Bed was fine.

The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The check in and check out persons were very courteous and friendly. After checkout, I was accused of and charged for soiling their towels, which I had no idea where it came from. I conversed with a lady, but they insisted we had done that! This has left a pretty bad taste.

Great location. Room has strange smell (type of fragrance). And the sheet has dirt marks. Arrived too late in the evening to be able to get a change. Reported to staff during checkout in the morning. The response was like: “ok”

Pros: Location. Cons: Dirty used linens with random hairs included, booger on wall in bathroom, random red/purple jelly like substance (bodily fluid ?) on wall in bedroom. Fithly microwave . So bad we could not stay more than one night. As a bonus we got to change our own linens.

No restaurant. No wifi. No public restroom in lobby that we needed before check in. Outside walkways and stairwells filthy. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Room was crowded with oversized table, desk and tv console, but only one chair to sit in.
