Most disgusting place ever

This was the most disappointing stay ever and I have traveled all over the world. I didn’t feel safe and the rooms were disgusting the paint was peeling off the walls and were dirty. The shower was full of mold. They advertise breakfast but didn’t have it which I would not have eaten there if they did. The towels for the shower were worn and old. The sheets had marker marks on them. Just horrible!

Unfortunately, very disappointed Condition of room is unsanitary dirty, cabinets is full of cockroaches A/C didn’t working and strong smell of cigarettes Associated offers the other room but it was same condition Was trying to get refund through Expedia website but agents left the chat without resolve the issue. Website didn’t work well it took me hours to ask for help but I was left hopples. Very unhappy with service

They called on my way to the hotel stating that they had plumbing problems and did not have a room for us. We were left trying to find a room at the last minute not very happy understand problems happen. Hoping that my credit card will be refunded the amount.

Nasty

They didn't keep the room I reserved and even paid for. I had to take another room which they were pressure washing outside of and went into my room 112. Through the door and the broken window being held together by blue painters tape. There was water all over the floor when I first walked in and almost slipped and fell. The room was horrible. No phone, one lamp was just unplugged and the electrical boxes were dangling from the walls. Both the sink and tub were clogged. The TV remote control was broken and being held together with a ziptie.

I do not recommend!!!!

The outside of the hotel and lobby was a sure sign it was only going to get worse. It was disgusting. The odor was of pee and cheap fragrance to mask the smell of urine. Online amenities were a pool, Continental breakfast, movie channels,and the pictures were far from reality. No amenities were offered the room was dirty. The TV was extremely small and did not work.no toilet paper in bathroom.our view was a disgusting green pool. The manager barely spoke English and would not give us a different room. He didn't care that we were unsatisfied and quickly said leave and I will refund you. So we quickly left. I am still waiting on the refund. It's a disgusting and poorly ran hotel.
