The rooms were nice recently. Remodeled there was some remodeling still going on. Not many choices for breakfast. The luggage handling cart was terrible.

upon my arrival was when I found out they were renovating. Too late to get a room elsewhere. My room had no drawers . Said something to front desk next am. but nothing was done. When I returned that night, so I kept my personal stuff in suitcase.

Property was undergoing renovations and one evening we returned to our room to find we had no water. It was turned off for a few hours while plumbers were working on the system. We totally understood but when we asked the front desk about temporary bathroom facilities, we were told to go to the nearest gas station. Breakfast selections were very limited!

Even though the property is going through renovations. The room was excellent, it had all the amenities one would want in a room. Breakfast could include a few mor items, like scrambled eggs, bagels and/or oatmeal.

Check in was very stressful. Booked 2 rooms through Expedia and they could only find 1 reserved room. The hotel attendant suggested we contact Expedia to resolve or reserve a second room at twice the price. Took about 30 minutes of my insistance before a manager appeared and found the second reservation under our fellow travelers name. Half my floor was under construction and was a wreck. Breakfast was extremely limited. Not much variety and what they did offer was of limited quanity. After all that, they made a mistake on billing. They charged my credit card for both rooms and never charged our fellow travelers even though we both supplied separate credit cards. They also failed to reimburse my fellow traveler the $50 refundable charge for incidentals. Our fellow traveler had to phone the hotel to get the $50 reimbursed. Overall, bad experience.
