We had a nice two night stay here at this Days inn. The room was remodeled. Lamps not in good shape. It was spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable with nice bedding. Room had a nice sized fridge and microwave which was appreciated. Gentleman in the office was very nice. It was very close to highway. Racetrack, Zaxbys,Wafflehouse and a Mcdonalds and Cracker Barrel at this exit. We would stay again. We had rooms 159 and 163.

The bed was the nicest and cleanest. The rest of the room those it was newly painted and floor was cleaned, the lamps were falling apart among numerous issues. Even the ice machine was discustsing.

It was not good. Dirty, bad beds, no smoke detector, mold in the shower, smelled like smoke and was a no smoking room-floor. Kids and dogs running around all night. Dogs barking. Looks like people are living in some of the rooms. This was a non refundable room so we stayed . We brought our own Lysol to spray everything down. The breakfast was pitiful. I have pictures to back up my review

The worst trip I’ve ever booked

It was disgusting bug infested the room making it not only a health hazard but impossible to sleep in so bad i had to go to a hotel across the street to stay. The bed was covered in hair and the walls floor and bath tub were filled with roaches. I have photos and videos of said roaches it was atrocious i tried to get a refund but that was impossible because i booked with you “hotels.com” i will never stay there again and will be very hesitant to ever book through your site again. Over all it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and i believe i am due a refund $800 to stay across the street is not only unacceptable it’s inexcusable. You guys as well as this establishment have really dropped the ball. If hotels .com actually cares please reach out and request the videos of the infestation
