I'd say it is a good location, but a very overpriced old hotel. We had issues with air conditiner, it was fixed on last day only. The hotel is very noisy, not a good sound isolation. Food was ok, beatiful breakfast area views.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we walked in our room that we had a 2 bedroom suite. We were not expecting that. We thought it was a separate king bedroom with a pullout sofa in living room. The suite was very spacious as was the bathroom. Everything was clean, no yucky carpets and beds were very comfortable. The only downside was trying to get the blinds up & down. It was done with like a light switch on the wall. It was very difficult. We had a decent size fridge, microwave, cabinets & small sink. No utensils, dishes or dish soap. All in all a great stay! It was room 222. It was super close to the Simpson Lakes wedding venue. A five minute ride. Perfect!

Check in was fast, staff was very friendly & accommodating. The room is extremely clean, sheets are crisp; soft & clean. After a long drive it feels good to relax in a nice room. Mattress is comfy also!!

BRING.YOUR.EAR.PLUGS. Paper Thin Walls. Both nights I was here, I could hear my next room neighbors talking in normal voices, as well as their TV through the wall that was at a reasonable volume. Property itself as well as staff were wonderful.

The rooms have modern fixtures, comfortable beds and even with proximity to I 75 our room was quiet. Good selection of hot and cold food at the breakfast area, but not well staffed. Good computer work station off the lobby. Friendly front desk staff.

The property was small and I absolutely loved it! The room felt modern and fresh. We were able to enjoy the hot tub on a chilly/windy day. Many food options at walkable distance & the free breakfast in the morning is very convenient.
