This honestly has been THE WORST property I have ever stayed at. The check in was easy enough, however, 1) The room has roaches. Several roaches. Small and medium sized roaches. 2) I was placed near a room next to the outside door on the first floor. The door slammed ALL NIGHT and MORNING! 3) The walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING! 4) One or two of the front desk staff was accommodating, however, the rest of the staff were not. The room wasn't cleaned, the front office manager appeared to not care about the constant slamming all night. 5) Pets were allowed in the rooms but apparently they aren't supposed to be. Chose a pet free property because of allergies but when the pet was allowed, my allergies kicked into full effect. 6) Not accommodating to my complaints. I work in hospitality, so I am fully aware of how these properties should work and how the guest experience should be valued, especially for properties that tout awards for excellence. This property fell incredibly short of that line. As a frequent traveler, I will never be returning to this or any Microtel properties. This was supposed to be a relaxing experience for my vacation and this property ruined it for me.

the positives were all of the very nice staff, cleanliness, spotless, good breakfast the next morning, convenient to dining nearby, price, close parking. They had a mini store and that was great! The only negative is that the walls are too thin. Had an issue with next door (could hear swearing thru walls and banging). Called desk to notify and the noise stopped. That was the ONLY issue. Other than that, the place was great.

My shower didn’t drain so I was unable to wash the room smelled of mildew they offered me air fresheners. The floor by the ac unit was wet I will never stay here again !

After not having my room cleaned the next day, I was told they only clean the room after 3 night stays!. The front desk said Wyndham’s ‘standard brand’ is to clean the room only if the guest requests it. I should have been informed of this ridiculous rule the day I checked in -not after the fact!
