I had to request a refrigerator and when it was put into my room the door to the room was left open for hours while I was gone. Each time I would use the shower dirt would come outthgone. My luggage

Staff were all pleasant and efficient. The rooms are older and in need of remodel, but were well cleaned for what they are. Ultimately for the price it is better than expected. I would give them a better rating except for the toilet being shorter than even average. Shower head low with low pressure and unpleasant smell in room. I am 6'4" so much of that may not bother others as much. If i smoked or had pets i may not notice the smell either as it seemed a mix of pet urine and cig smoke. Overall if your looking for a cheap motel, this will meet or beat your expectations and staff is as good or better than you get at $180 options. If your looking to save money, it does that but dont expect it to rival expensive ones.

Smelled of smoke

The room was very basic. They left just a bar of soap. The room was clean but smelled of smoke. The staircases at night has at least one person sitting and chain smoking. Looked like a homeless voucher kinda place

We chose this hotel because we were visiting weeki wachee and it was the most convenient. The staff was super friendly and so helpful. It was quiet and peaceful and the pool was beautiful. I was surprised at how clean the room was when we arrived. I was skeptical after reading the reviews but I would definitely stay here again when visiting weeki wachee.

To start when i got here i waited in a rather long line to be able to check in. Upon checking in my daughter and my grandson went to our room.Well, I got the belongings out of the vehicle.Only to have somebody else enter our room saying that they had just checked into our room as well. I went to the front desk, took care of it. The next morning, I went to breakfast with the family when I got back.I wasn't able to enter my room.So I had to go back to the front lobby to have my key reactivated. On the day of my checkout, at 9 am, when I tried to re enter my room my key was again deactivated, i asked the housekeeper, if she could please let me in.She stated she could not because she did not know who I was, but she seen me carrying my belongings out of there.Prior to this. When I went back to the lobby to get it reactivated the second time, the front desk person said it was the new girl that was just doing it for1 day but I explained the situation. Overall, you do get what you pay for there.Is no microwave or refrigerator in the room. The place is really outdated.It does need some TLC. The rooms were quiet, though, and there was not no outside drama or noise or unwanted issues.

The lady at the front desk was super nice. She even helped with finding a local pizza place. The room not so much. It was dirty, there was hair in my bed and shower. I had bugs in my room and the floor was disgusting. The bed was as hard as a rock & the pillows were flatThe tv wouldn't turn on and I had to use the button on the bottom of the tv to turn it on. Good thing it was a quick trip and I didn’t have to spens much time at the motel.
