I’m not being overly dramatic. It is one of the cheaper hotels in the area and also one of the closest to the mountain bike trails, which is why I chose it. Not complaining; If my wife were with me, there is no way we would have stayed there. She wasn’t. I was there with a buddy, and we were there to hit the mt bike trails. The room ultimately fit our needs, but I wish I had known the true nature of this place. I’m writing to share what I wish I had known. We saw the room and decided to stay there because it was close to where we needed to be, but my buddy and I stalked about finding another place. The check-in went well, and the facility was good. It was clean, and the check-in staff were friendly. We received our room keys and drove around to the back, where our rooms were. On the sidewalk was a laundry bin made of cloth that had been there for a few weeks or longer. Outside of our room was an old BBQ that someone left and flipped-over lawn furniture. We opened the door and found it wasn’t very good, but the essentials were okay. The linens, bathroom, and sink area were clean, the floors were vacuumed, and the AC/Heater worked. The room itself was dingy. Sloppy repairs, rusted lamps, dust caked on top of the light switches and carpeted baseboard, a rusted sink fixture and shelving, peeling paint on the furniture, a TV with the bottom of the screen broken, and a flashing light in the bathroom. Breakfast was underwhelming, but there was plenty of food.

If you love cold showers.. this is your place. Super enjoyable when its 35 degrees out and shower is luke warm for 3 mins straight to cold. I should have just used the garden hose outside.. would have been the same temp. Save your money and sleep in your car, they both won't have hot water.. Sheets feel like 180 sand paper, good if you don't move against the grain. Spend a bit more and stay at the other hotels in the area. I checked out early due to the hotel and they wouldn't do any sort of partial refund. They don't stand behind the product, I feel the owners are completely cheap if you look at the other reviews on here. They are spot on..
