We have a large 2 bedrms with a queen in the master bedrm & twins in the smaller bedrm. 2 bathrms a full bath upstairs & a half bath downstairs. Off the master bedrm, there is a 10x16 deck with seating for 6 with unobstructed views of the beach. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & washer/dryer. Has a nicely landscaped private patio with charcoal grill and outside setting. Reserved park for 2 cars in front of unit.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A Smart television along with a DVD player are provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

We loved everything about this place! The location was great with cute towns and beachs just to the East. Found more snails, crabs, sand dollars, and full shells than ever before on vacation. Plus the home is so comfy from the beds to the seating areas to the overall vibe. 10 out of 10. Will be back soon!

Don't hesitate to book this one!

Aside from being a beautiful and spacious home, the location could not have been more perfect....a 30 second walk to the beach. The upper balcony was a great place to sit for morning coffee or evening drinks. Sandy was so kind and quick to respond to questions. She really did think of everything....including a super cute beach read on the nightstand!! Will definitely stay again!

This home was just beautiful. We had such an amazing time and the host was absolutely amazing at communicating very promptly. We had no issues at all. The beach is very private very little people at the beach. This resort was quaint away from all of the bigger cities and people which was exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend this beautiful resort.

Spent the week on the beach listening to Margaritaville radio (rip Jimmy Buffett ❤️). Property was beautiful and cozy. Scrabble game was a huge plus for us!! Beach was gorgeous, as always. Will be coming next year.

Nice Property

Nice property and neighborhood. Beach directly across the street and nice. We drove to Cape San Blas a few days. Unbelievably beautiful beaches and water. One opportunity for improvement at this property - guests should not be required to move garbage cans to the opposite end of the unit for pick up.

We had a great week. The home is in a great location, not right on the beach but it only takes about a minute to walk across the street. The house is furnished well and was very clean and tidy. Very comfortable for 4 people. I hope to go back again.

Beautiful place and location!

We really enjoyed Sandy’s place! It was super clean and cute, had everything we could need during our stay and the location is perfect! Neighbors were friendly and helpful as well as other locals in the area. Close to nice restaurants and stores but on a quiet strip of beach that’s like your own piece of paradise. Sandy was easy to communicate with, we will definitely be coming back!

Perfect for Smaller Families

Me, my husband, and our toddler stayed here for the week! It was great. House was clean and had everything we needed. The location is great and right across the street from a nice beach access. Beach was never crowded! Would highly recommend and go back in the future!

Great little place

Perfect location, just seconds from the beach/gulf. the condo is right on hwy 98 but surprisingly very little road noise inside the condo. We loved the upper deck off the master. Perfect for morning sunrises and evening sunsets. Very clean inside. Everything worked. Owners are very responsive and great to deal with. When we come back, we will check this little place first.
