The staff were friendly. The bed was very comfortable. There were strange noises at night (sounded like an alarm in another room nearby kept going intermittently) and there was fraying of bed sheets, shower was not fully clean (but I didn’t use it). Still, the bed and room was clean. Nice fridge and microwave and had enough outlets and ports. Loved that there was tea choices with keurig.

The property is not kid friendly. The morning staff is very rude and would blame you on hearsay if you have kids under 10. Neighbours are not kod friendly and slight walking noise triggers them and they complain. Only good receptionist was Aisha in night shift. In the morning the people were just blaming left and right

From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Check-in was effortless—quick, smooth, and stress-free—which set the tone for a relaxing stay. The highlight of my morning was the hearty breakfast offered by the hotel. There was a wide variety of options, all fresh and delicious, making it the perfect start to my day. Overall, my stay at Holiday Inn Express Woodbridge exceeded my expectations. Between the excellent customer service, ease of check-in, and satisfying breakfast, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Tub closure busted, Pool hours 10 to 10 so by the time your done driving check in its too late and doesn't open until you are already checking out. Breakfast is 6-8 if I was a worker and had to get to work fine but I a retired and missed breakfast both times because I get up at 830 like most retired people or people not in a hurry. My friend got cereal and waited they closed the kitchen so she could not get milk for her cereal. There was NO sausage, bacon, oatmeal, scrambled eggs or drinkable milk. Front Desk was very polite and friendly. But I will not stay there again. Why pay extra for breakfast when you don't get it, why pay for pool when its too cold to get in, sure they heated it after we started swimming but then its already 10 pm.

Rooms were spotless. Staff was ver hospitable, especially the mother and daughter team! All of the housekeepers were very professional and accommodating. I spend a few days on location just because the staff made feel like family. After spending so much time in-transit with a big truck this was the perfect place to refresh!!!
