First room I was in had remote control issues and the heat would not go above 69 degrees. Both were problems I could live with, but after hiking for 2 days I needed a tub, not just a shower. Changing rooms was more difficult than it should have been, but the grumpy front desk person eventually got it done. My second room was an expensive upgrade for me, so when the remove only went up one channel at a time it down one page at a time I was irritated. But then, my only "subcribed" channels were duck dynasty or a local channel. After calling the front desk unsuccessfully 3 times, I finally got dressed and walked to the front desk, where the same grumpy desk clerk ( standing next to the phone), suggested I unplug the TV and plug it back in.
