Nice but worn.

Hotel is nice, but it needs updating. The room and bathroom were a nice size. The bed was lumpy. There are no USB ports in the bedroom, and the electrical outlets were worn and didn't hold plugs well.

The bottom of the tub had something in it and no matter what type of cleaner I put in there it would not go away and the pool smells like sewer it smells horrible you didn't smell any chlorine it was disgusting. I will never go there again and they need to do better. The customer service at the desk was great

It was a quick, spur of the moment stop so I didn't expect the best but it was $100, so I did expect something. First, the pizza crust of the bedroom floor was not a welcome sight. The noise after midnight in the room above us was awful. Had to keep the entry light on because it was so dark. Expected better.

This Baymont is subpar compared to others

Although it was clean, 2 tiles in the bathroom were a trip hazard due to missing grout and being unsecured. There was a hole in the inside of the bathroom door. Both easy fixes that housekeeping should have reported to management. The breakfast was subpar and the bed was too firm. The pillows were very comfy though. I did have an issue at breakfast and brought it up to the desk clerk. She for snotty with me.

I’ve stayed here at least 4 times. It has a pool, a gym, it’s dog friendly and there’s a bar right next door. The bar has a limited menu,: wings, fish and chips, small stuff. It’s also very close to the Indiana Dunes. Great, fair priced overnight spot.
