It was clean and comfortable. Recently remodeled with all new bathrooms and bedroom fixtures and furniture. Water pressure was amazing. I don't think it should be listed as breakfast included, but had a nice stay and will book it again next year.

I love this place- nothing real fancy but the rooms are huge, clean and out of the city just enough to be quiet but close enough, like 5 minutes to all kinds of stores, Maine Mall and about 10 minutes to the airport. The owners are friendly and price is decent.

Stayed 2 nights. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly. It's a very basic no frills motel. Does have a microwave and fridge in room but no coffee maker and no hot cups to use for the microwave. Only plastic cups for water. We stay there a lot so now I bring cups from home for the microwave. They have cereal for breakfast but it's very basic. They provide coffee in the lobby but if you come in late you can't get in as it's in a separate building from the rooms. Overall it's a great place for the price. Will stay there again.
