We had a 2 night stay. Our bathroom light switch was faulty and the maintenance man gave us a flashlight to use. It was not enough for myself and my 6 yo so I ended up moving a table lamp from the room into bathroom. This was Friday night. No one once resurfaced the issue and asked if everything was alright or offered us a change of room. I found that slightly unsatisfactory.

Amazing pool

Amazing pool, nice breakfast. Pleasant staff . Room was well appointed and very clean. Comfortable bed, with nice linnen. My only issue was the small and flimsy pillows.

Just once I'd like to enjoy a hot tub without children playing in it! The rooms were facelifted, but show signs of age. Wallpaper peeling, broken towel rack o the floor behind the toilet. Not what I would expect for the price we paid. The staff were great, friendly and professional. The free breakfast was much appreciated.
