The lobby and the staff for check-in and check out were very nice and clean in the lobby. The hallway ceilings are dated and dark. Our room had hair in the bathtub. The floor looked like it needed to be vacuumed in the bathroom. There were stuff all over it the shower, drain tub drain Was corroded and very unsanitary looking there was big spots and stains all over the carpet in the room. It needs to be replaced. It’s nasty. The bathroom floor looked to be new. They should’ve put the same floor in the bedroom. The curtains were all torn and look like a cat had came in and just Clawed all the curtains they were in strips. Matress was not the best.

Our stay in Portland, Maine, was comfortable enough for a quick stopover. The property itself is quite dated and feels a bit overpriced for what it offers, but it served its purpose as a convenient place to rest. While it meets basic travel needs, those seeking a more elevated or modern experience may wish to explore other nearby options. I’d recommend this stay primarily for travelers passing through or in need of a short layover — practical, but not particularly polished.

I was so glad that this hotel provided a shuttle bus for airport and from airport. Also this shuttle bus provided us a ride to downtown Portland. Otherwise, we would be miserable, staying in our hotel room because that airport canceled our flight. This hotel also provided a great breakfast menu. We would come back here if our flight gets cancelled again in the near future. Thank you for an excellent service. Also, the driver was awesome, a great guy. Also that guy at the front desk was awesome, too.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast is an additional cost, but was very good. The shuttle was able the leave at 4:30 am which was a plus for my early flight. The only negative was the room smelled old/bad when i entered. Once I got air circulating it was okay.
