Hair in the bathroom (toilet), stains, rusted through bathroom fixtures. Phones in the room didn’t work, tried to call down to the front desk multiple times and it wouldn’t work. Good to book if you only need a place to sleep and won’t actually spend time in the room.!

I would not recommend this place as a family place kids gets yell at by managers they dont talk to parents about it just yell at kids the doors feel unsafe and when u go check out at 11 they are trying to kick u out at 8am.

Convenient and comfortable

Stayed at the hotel because of the proximity to the bus station. Always very convenient when we want to fly out of Boston. Very comfortable and clean. Good price too. Wish we could have watched a fox station on tv.

Room Change Made All the Difference

I've stayed at this hotel before. It is a great stay and closely located to all the things I visit in Portlant. After we settled into our room, we were sitting and suddenly heard an extremely loud party in the next room. The type that says, I'm loud and I'm going to be like this all night. At that point, I went down and asked if we could switch rooms. The change was made and the new room was extremelt quiet and peaceful.
