Nice place over all. The pool and hot tub were ent available because of temporary alarm problems. Everyone was nice and helpful Right near the mall.

Great unexpected stay. Missed the hot breakfast, didn’t make it in time unfortunately. The hotel is well kept and clean. Would recommend.

The fire alarm went off at 2:22 AM. We had to stand out in the creepy cold for half an hour and then the fire alarm continue to intermittently go off after we return. The next day I went to return and they were fire engines again around five or 6 PM and moving to another hotel however I couldn’t access my item because of the current fire situation I ended up staying. I really would like a refund of my day. It’s terrible.

The TV wasn’t programmed to work properly. The hot breakfast doesn’t exist during the weekdays. One of the 2 wall heaters was broken resulting in the one that worked to run continuously blowing warm air. We were the only guests staying here which was unsettling.

When we first entering the room the heat was off and it was cold enough to see your breath in the room. It took 2 hours for the room to heat up enough to be comfortable. The HVAC unit made a lot of noise too and made it hard to sleep. Also the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on it was like sleep on straight metal springs. The bathroom wallpaper was literally felling off the walls and the water for the shower smelled so bad. I never leave a review for a hotel we stay at but this hotel needs to be avoided and will never get my business again.
