Decent One Night

We didn’t really need the sofa/office area of the room but was nice separation to have when one was ready to go to bed before the other. Sofa smelled a little smoky…and bathroom was a little dated. Also some noise from freeway traffic and some random hallway noise. Breakfast and coffee were great. Would stay again.

The rooms were neat and pretty well maintained but the pullout bed mattress was dirty and the sheets and pillow had to be requested instead of having them in the room.

Great property but the $100 hold for incidentals is too much. If you have the credit card there is no need to preauthorize anything unless required in the event of provable guest damage. Trust your guests.

The good: breakfast area was super clean and staff work hard to keep it that way, also variety of food and the "grab and go" very convenient and practical. Easy parking. Good location. The bad: we were given room 304 initially. I had to clean the shower head and parts of the shower as it was moldy, red and brown spots! Then we found ants. And then at night I came to realize that the window was messed-up, it was missing the frame all around so you could see the wall with MOLD and water damage. No wonder why my husband was all itchy and I had a sore throat the time we were there. We went to complain and they gave us another room. I showed them the pictures I took. Unacceptable. Anyways, the other room was fine, I did inspect it! Just that the shower head was also a bit moldy as well and I had to clean/desinfect it myself.

Room was spacious but there were stains on furniture, tables were dinged up. Bathroom door needed to be wiped down. Glass all over back parking lot where my car was parked that i didnt notice until morning when i checked out. I expected more from this property for this price point. I did not feel safe here low lighting, dull rooms.
