This location is close to downtown without the downtown prices, which is the main thing it has going for it. The room was average. The shampoo and body wash was empty in the bathroom, the shower head was noisy, the bed dipped in the middle and the sheets were scratchy. There was a $10 parking fee, which we didn’t know about ahead of time.

We were able to checked it 1 hour before the time, the room was spotless, very friendly and accommodating staff , the hotel is new, the breakfast buffet area were organized, clean and the food were great, 24 hours coffee/ tea. Thank you so much, we had a great time.

The TV didn't work in my room because someone had switched out the right remote. The hotel tech was in my room for two hours ruining the relaxing time I needed after a long drive. When the tech couldn't fix the TV he told me to see the manager in the morning and he would give me a portion of the room cost back in a refund. The morning manager said he couldn't give me any money back because it was paid through Hotels.com. I am furious and will NEVER stay at this place again!

That property either has no manager and or supervisors or they are hidden somewhere. Some towels were very old , the mattress is old. Front desk always in the back. Breakfast person, menee hidden in the back. Never checking to refill. Bread eggs coffee missing, For my 3 days staying I needed to knock the door to ask for what’s missing and received a terrible attitude and a door shut down in my nose. Unbelievable. Long lines waiting for the coffee. Etc etc. Never saw a manager or supervisor at all. Needs supervision and customer service training.

Bathroom is completely clock. We talked to hotel staff about this. They told us they will fix it right away, but they did nothing. Towers are worn and not dry com completely. Bed was not made well and sheets and pillowcases were not clean. Breakfast has limited option and no refill after it’s done. Breakfast area is too small. We waited long time to get a table. Staffs used guest elevator to transport service carts. Not managed professionally at all.
