Unexpected additional fees to stay there, they demanded $10 parking fee to park in their parking lot-no other options around and I am handicapped as well. Needless to say-not pleased at all. No food in the area and couldn't leave to find any or lose spot i parked.

We specifically went to this hotel for the shuttle service to the airport. They didnt have service for our flight. Cell phones did not work on the premises, i couldnt even call my husband in same room. I had to have clerk make arrangements for thd taxi ride. In addition the clerk at 5 am was very rude both to us and to other patrons.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was clean and up to date. It was easy to park which was a plus. It was a bit noisy with traffic but other than that a good experience. I would stay here again. It was also close to the hospital which was a plus-plus.

I have stayed here in years past when attending the Portland 10 Miler and it has been reliably good each time. Clean, quiet, and conveniently located to the race start. Also accommodating in allowing for late check out so runners have a chance to shower before the drive home. It was a very comfortable stay.

The parking fee is $10 a night

They will charge $10/night for parking fee in addition to the hotel room fee. We were very familiar with the city, it was not acceptable. We have never heard of other hotels charging parking fees unless they don't have lots due to premium locations in the city. They are not in the downtown. It was a Third-class affordable hotel. Why do they charge parking fees for staying customers? We didn't stay there, we found another good hotel easily. Their parking lots were empty, wondered why.
