Skip this property, no matter the price! Smells like cheap air freshener, dirty (ketchup squirted on walls up stairwell, hairs in shower and sink), and was checked into a room already occupied! That wasn’t awkward or anything!! Find somewhere else to stay…

There aren't enough staff to do regular things for guests. For example, no one was available to help me with my luggage to my room. No one was available to help me find my room. I got lost and had to go back to the front desk with all my luggage. Then the key card didn't work to open the room door. The one staff member there was not friendly, and unyielding to my situation that I had to check out 2 days earlier than original booking date. Not even a small or partial refund. They would not allow me to check in until 3:00pm and I had to stand around and wait with all my luggage.

It smelled like old man cologne was dumped by the gallon on the carpets, floors were rotted and needing replacement ,bathroom looked like it was being revamped and someone quit midway..more like.a.homeless.shelter than a hotel. Management was rude, open discussion about another guest in front of me giving out all his personal.indo.

i spent about 4 hours there and had to leave due to my dog being disturbed by all the commotion outside the door, and i still have to pay for 2 days? cant even refund me half the pet fee? or even better the day i wasnt even there? the room was a beat up, with spackle all over the wall when you walked in, broken tv remote, bed headboards all banged up, dark stains on the blankets, there was a 2 inch gap under the "PET FRIENDLY" motel room they stuck me in, in the MIDDLE of their office building, 10 FEET from a noisy ice machine and heavily trafficed side entrance, the side entrance also led to broken concrete steps, and a disturbingly steep ramp about 2 feet wide, at the bottom of which was loaded with ciggarette butts and beer bottles

Okay stay

This was an okay stay for the night. The front desk worker was very nice and helpful. The hotel room itself though had quite a few stains/hair/mold, the bathtub didn’t drain well, the fridge smelled terrible, it was very easy to hear other people, and the room in total needed a lot of improvements. In total though, it was an okay place to stay for just a night, but it wasn’t worth the price paid.

The property needs renovations and maintenance. The property smells like they use too much febreeze indoors, and is old and outdated. Paint peeling, dirty handprints on doors and walls, stained comforters on beds. Missing rungs on a 2nd floor stairway is a code violation, and safety hazard for young children.The staff smokes right in front of the entrance-hence all the febreeze 🙄
