Do not stay here!!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience! When we arrived at the front desk, another guest was already complaining about cockroaches in their room — that should have been the first red flag. Still, we decided to check our room, and it was disgusting. The bed wasn’t even changed after the previous guests — the sheets were full of hair and stains, and the whole place smelled dirty. The chairs and floors were filthy, the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, and we honestly felt uncomfortable even touching anything. We immediately left and booked another hotel. When we asked for a refund, the staff refused and didn’t seem to care at all about how bad the conditions were. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here — it’s not worth your money or your health. Later when trying to get a refund Amy the manager told Expedia we spent the night and refused to help in getting a refund.

There were 3 police headed to a room in the facility while I was standing at the desk asking the manager for a refund after seeing our room, and the property over all, was not what we anticipated based on what we saw and read on the Expedia booking site.
