Room was not as clean as previous stays. Soap dispenser in shower empty and no plastic cups. Cleaning staff was a little grumpy when I asked for soap. Front desk staff and breakfast host are exceptional.

The shuttle never came so I had to take a taxi which they refused to refund. Then I was told breakfast was until 10am. When I went down at 9:10am it was over. The room was loud with machine noises all night. This was a terrible experience. Do not go. Maddy was the only nice thing/person about this hotel.

The room was absolutely disgusting! It was beyond filthy. You could see crap on the floor. You could tell they didn’t sweep. In the shower and all over the toilet there was hair. There was also hair all on the sink. The pillows had hair on it and the staff was so beyond rude. We didn’t complain about any of that. My biggest issue was with the woman that does the breakfast. She is so quick to shut that thing down and stop people from eating that she closes the curtain and then goes behind it instead of allowing a guest to quickly grab a muffin while she’s working on one end it’s just horrible. The staff you can tell hate each other. And the one good person they had we overheard her say her last day was gonna be Friday so they just lost their best employee nicest friendliest and that was one employee they should’ve fought for. I will never stay here again.

Loud road noise. The hotel is clean, the staff was friendly and the location was mostly ideal. The only problem was that out of 4 of us in two different rooms, none of us got any sleep due to the incredibly loud noise from the freeway. Maybe there is a reason there was so much engine braking right outside allllllllll night? Road construction, speed limit change? I’m not sure but even with earplugs, we couldn’t sleep. I really hate leaving a bad review, but even at the hotel next to this one I’ve not experienced this level of noise. If you need to stay here, bring earplugs and a white noise machine.
