Economical, decent choice…!

It was what we expected for the price, so it was good for an overnight stay. The bed was very comfortable. The pullout couch was not great, but none of them are really comfortable to me, so no surprise there. The room had a slight chemical smell, I assume that was from the carpet or carpet cleaner, as the carpet seemed old. The free breakfast was basic, but perfect for what we needed. The area seemed very safe. Lots of food choices within a mile and a Starbucks and Five Guys right next door.

Clean but Dated in Dover

I've seen so many reviews on the extremes (5s and 1s) and they don't reflect my experience. I think I got a renovated room--the carpet was clean, the shower was clean, and the beds were fine. The bottom sheet was stained but I think that was from laundering and the sink was full of scratches. The TV was small but the heating/cooling worked well. So, a 3 because (for the price) I had stayed in another Dover hotel with much nicer amenities. If you care about breakfast, this is not your hotel--bread and yoghurt and instant oatmeal. The staff was courteous and professional. I stayed two nights and the housekeeping did not make the bed or replace the keurig coffee or shampoo/conditioner but emptied the garbage. So, again, a solid 3 but (I would say) probably a bit overpriced relative to other Dover hotels I have stayed at.

Staff was friendly. Initially had to change rooms due to cigarette smoke. Hotel was not the cleanest and felt out dated. I only boomed because of expedia reviews (I was staying w my child) 4 out of 5... more like 2 out of 5, lets be honest. However, I know it did not cost alot so, you get what you pay for... but am only really writing because the reviews were a misrepresentation. Thank you

The property appeared nice however it smelled of cigarettes and burn marks were all over the sheets and pillow cases. It was a very uncomfortable stay. I would not stay again.

Arrived 9pm 3/28 to visit unh on Saturday. Ambulance in driveway taking someone away. Check into room, police on our floor. Took a woman out in handcuffs down the hallway. Room is full of dust. I have a monitor on my desk that is bigger than the tv. What is with the mirrors over the entire wall behind the beds. Didn’t pay a lot for the room, used Expedia points. Wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me to stay. Creepy, dirty, police presence. Hotel and area not nice at all. Probably won’t sleep. Should have just stayed in the car.

Never changed my sheets, barebones room, tiny room, constructions workers 24/7 even on sunday morning banging wouldnt listen to my concerns, no reason they didnt change my sheets or make the bed was there thursday to sunday. Horrible cont. breakfast. Pot smell- heavy every night in my room

Instead of cleaning they spray excessive strong air freshener so that you can't breathe. The mattress cover had stains on it and the room and hallways were filthy. I left to find a decent hotel and when I came back to request a refund a half hour later a women staggering, speaking loudly incoherently to herself, who had observably soiled her pants walked in ahead of me and got in the elevator. I showed the clerk the picture I took of the gross mattress cover and he apologized told me he would refund me completely but he lied; he charged my credit card fraudulently for a room that was not habitable.
