The room was very nice, although the refrigerator in my room didn't initially work. I advised staff and they promptly took care of it. The view was amazing and it was a very peaceful stay. Would definitely stay here again

The rooms were clean and each overlooks the Elizabeth River towards Norfolk's waterside which was beautiful at night. The restaurant food was delicious and all staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel isn't in an area where there weren't any undesirable folks hanging around si it felt very safe to walk around at night.

Room was clean & comfortable. The food in the restaurant at dinner was delicious and the breakfast buffet was as well. The view from all rooms was absolutely beautiful, overlooking the Elizabeth River and the hotels on the water in Norfolk. At night they're all lit with neon lights and look magical.

Everything was great! I hardly say that about a hotel but out stay was perfect. We even enjoyed the hotel food and our waitress April was the perfect addition. I couldn’t leave without giving her a hug. We will definitely be back.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. I absolutely loved the shower and how the water pressure was so good! We were on the 16th floor and had a great view. We stayed in one of the upgraded rooms and it was pretty basic. It was a little dusty but the cleaning lady came and clean med the floor once I let her know. The streaming for Netflix was also out but we were given a comp on our parking in exchange for the streaming issue. It was a nice 3 days stay.
