The room was clean and decently sized for the price. Spacious bathroom and nice hot water. There is noise until around 11pm as the Family Fun Park is open until 10pm on the weekends. Not a big deal to us since we were there for the park. Hotel is strict but polite about getting everyone settled asap so that's nice.

Everything was great, except in the morning, when I went to make coffee, poured water into the back of the coffee pot in the room, and seeing something floating in the water, someone previously had put grapefruit seeds in it and was floating. Pretty disgusting that someone would do that, i did mention it to the front desk that maybe the maids that clean the room might want to check the back of the coffee pots as well.When cleaning,

It was a great day at triple play the room suited our needs, but they’re very tired. Could really do with the updating all in all four out of five service at front desk and throw out triple play we’re good just lost a point for being somewhat outdated and needs a little bit of a facelift of the rooms themselves

Room was a good size but found several things on the floor that weren't ours. Ran out of pool towels and didn't have any when we got out of pool. Hot tub is nice. Kids liked the slides and wave pool.

The layout of the room was so functional for family life! I was very happy with the service getting us extra pillows and a hairdryer when requested. The breakfast options were great. My only suggestion is the information on the activity center was a bit confusing on how much to expect to pay and where to go. A map of some sort would have been helpful for us as first timers. The pool area specifically was the most confusing trying to navigate which doors to go in.
