Staff knew not to much about the play area. Hours, if outside would be open. Breakfast was ok. The meat was undercooked and gross, the lady’s were super nice. The park itself was more expensive than we remember from previous thanksgivings we’ve stayed. $60+ per person was way to much for the amount we could actually do. 2-5yo and 2 adults that were mainly just there to watch the kids was too much. May rethink next year. We’ve been coming every Thanksgiving for 6 years. Staying a couple nights. Housekeeping gal was super friendly.

When we went to get out the extra bedding for the hide-a-bed there was a dried blood stain on the bedspread. Also, the hot water system had a “catastrophic” break so no hot water in the morning. The staff was apologetic and did credit us back a part of our stay.

Rooms are newly remodeled, with new carpet, paint, and TV. The renovations unfortunately didn't seem to extend to bathrooms or wall outlets. Beds were comfortable. We found two big bugs in the room and asked the front desk if they could give the room a little extra TLC when they cleaned that day. When they came back, the room had not been cleaned -- beds not made, carpets not vaccuumed. Only thing we found were a few extra trash bags, a new mini tube of lotion, and towels. The built-in shampoos and body wash were empty, so those were never replenished before check-in, and we also found leftover debris from the last guest.

Pretty typical hotel, nothing super special. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Room was a little bit dirty (marks on walls/ceilings, bathroom floor was dirty). Also there are no fans in the bathrooms so it was kind of musty in that area.

Front desk gal in the evening was very helpful and accommodating. I believe housekeeping all deserve a raise as they were all kind courteous and helpful. I also know how messy guests can be especially with kids and the room was clean when we checked in for our stay. Also room rotates were very comparable to hotels around. Of course I do wish coupons to attend and enjoy the activ ities on site were a lower price but even so my family had an amazing time enjoying the things available. I will say it is hard to enjoy both the dry activities and the water park in one day. We could only enjoy the dry activities as we stayed one night and with it costing so much for one day we could not participate in both check in and check out day we had to choose one or the other. Maybe a deep discount and limited hours could be available for one night guests so they can enjoy both areas available.
