My husband said it was too busy and noisy and not quiet enough to wind down and sleep. Also likes window open and prefers a nice view not a view of water slide in the window. He couldn’t open window.

The customer service was excellent. The breakfast provided every morning offered many different options and there was something for everyone to enjoy. And the Triple Play games and water park and go karts were amazing and well worth the 2-day pass purchased.

We've stayed here before, and it's worth noting that the previous weird smell in the room was not an issue this time – the room smelled clean! The hotel staff were super nice. However, we encountered some rude staff at the fun center, although they appeared to be teenagers who seemed unenthusiastic about their job. The main reason I'm giving 3 stars is that there were kids playing pranks on our floor, and my husband felt bad for a staff member who had to scrape Skittles off the pavement. Additionally, the parking lot had a lot of litter, with customers seemingly careless about disposing of their trash, such as drink cups and candy wrappers, just throwing them on the ground."

2 night stay and not even clean towels. Not a problem with getting clean towels but would appreciate a place to hang towels and dry them off prior to using them the next day. Also the staff hung do not disturb signs on our room as to not clean them. That was an irritating. They did not even touch up the room in any fashion

Definitely not worth the money

Very dirty. Not worth over $200 a night. Hair in the shower. Carpets are extremely dirty.

Dated property with very low staffing levels. The rooms are way outdated and I recommend staying somewhere close but visiting these amenities. Staying at the hotel is not recommended.

The back door was never locked anyone could walk in with a hotel full of children. Staff was blocking the halls with cleaning carts the morning we left and we couldn’t get through. Our bathroom was dirty looked like the tub hadn’t been cleaned. Front desk night person was excellent. Very nice and helpful when our reservation where messed up by Expedia

This hotel is in pretty rough shape. They charge a premium for being “close” to Silverwood theme park. Room was falling apart and my smoke detector went off because I took a shower. No ventilation fans in the bathrooms.
