AVOID! GROSS! UNPROFESSIONAL!

DO NOT STAY HERE. We planned to do one night to end a road trip circling Lake Michigan. The place we showed up at is nowhere near what is pictured. Absolutely disgusting and scratchy linens and smelled like mold. Incredibly noisy, and very sketchy. 20-something guy at front desk had terrible vibes. Gym was in total disrepair. It felt like some level of illegal activity was happening. Our dog has stayed in countless hotels, townhomes, and cabins, and has NEVER been as on guard and stressed as he was. Dog also kept smelling a spot on the bed.... We decided to pack up during a rainstorm to stay elsewhere. The front desk guy claimed to cancel my reservation so I wouldn't be charged, but he let it go through. I luckily was able to dispute it with my CC company.

There were stains on the bed. It smelled like marijuana, even though it’s supposed to be smoke free. Hallways dirty. Didn’t feel safe. We also checked in and checked right back out!

Entire place smells herby. Even the front lobby was very pungent. There are no smoking signs everywhere with leaf logos. And yet there was heavy, hacking and heavy essence of smoke in the room across from us.

We checked in and checked out 10 minutes later! The smell of the cleaning agent they used caused both my wife and myself to have a headache. Tried to get a refund Expedia is saying they can’t reach the general manager to get us a refund which is a load of garbage! Whole booking thing was a fiasco!

I do not recommend, sad to say.

It was not so good. Pictures must be extremely old. Smoke free building but everything including the pillows smelled of cigarette and cannabis. The carpet was so dirty that our feet stuck to the bathroom floor and made our feet dirty. Had to have maid service give us a can of fabreeze. The best part was the view of the bay. We spent as much time away as we could, and only slept there. Had a spider crawl on me whilst laying down reading.
