We chose Timber Ridge for its proximity to Alpine Valley Music Theater and it was mission accomplished. This is a great place for families with young kids. Everyone was having a blast.

The water park was recently updated and it already looked worn down. I was looking forward to the updates because we have been there 2 times before. At around 11:15PM we were informed we needed to evacuate because there was smoke noted. We did evacuate carrying 2 sleeping children. Once everything was cleared we were able to go back in but our key didn't work. I had to lay in the hallway for my husband to get the key to work from the front desk. I know things happen but I feel like we should be compensated in some way.

Overall my family had a great time. Many hours in the waterpark, outdoor pool, slides, arcade, Sunday flow golf, fireworks and a visit to their onsite restaurant and Timber ridge. The only thing that could have been better would be a less noisy way to get air conditioning up to upstairs bedroom and beds were really hard and gave my husband a really stiff back. Overall we love timber ridge and the kids always have such a great time!!!
