Room was huge, which was good, since there were three of us. Staff was outstandingly helpful, especially Joshua, who checked us in and also changed a light bulb and brought us a cot. Hotel under renovation, our room not done yet. Was comfortable, but did need refreshing. Got free appetizer with drink purchase.

Rooms and facilities are clean and freat condition. Front desk staff where pleasant. My account and room was check already when i arrived but i never checked in. It was a stranger who was able to check in under my name. I walked into a room full of clothes and someone was in the bathroom, i got a room change but never was told how was that possible. Breakfast hostess was unpleasant and overwhelmed. Breakfast options where limited or unavailable. The wait was long for food to be brought out, we left without eating. we had coffee with bread

The stay was as expected for a Hilton. The bed was harder than we are used to- and noisy. I liked that they had complimentary coffee in the morning. A 20 dollar buffet that is free at the holiday inn express. And the quality is about the same. Overall it was a good stay. I would stay here again.

Staff and room were fantastic. Hotel was exactly what we needed and expected. Breakfast buffet was our only compliment. Even if free it would be just okay. For $20 each we will go across the street to Dunkin next time. But honestly not a deal breaker as we had a great stay. Thank you.

Very nice hotel. Had read there was a shuttle service to Foxwoods but didn’t see it was an old post so disappointed to use Uber. First Uber driver was great but the second Uber driver at night was 6 mins away, waited 45 mins then called the driver and he was there in 30 seconds. I heard it’s some type of new scam. After arriving back at the hotel ordered food from the kitchen and was told it would be brought to my room in 15 mins. Waited another 45 mins with multiple unanswered front desk calls before going to the front desk only to find the employee there with my food order right in front of him to be told he totally forgot and then he touched the boxes and claimed “well it is still warm so you are good”. The Uber deal is out of the control of the hotel but should consider working with honest Uber drivers in the future. As for the front desk employee that was totally unacceptable forgetting the food order that was directly in front of him and not answering the calls saying he forgot. They did accommodate my room to a first floor as I had a broken toe but was very disappointed at the end of the night.
