Within a short walk to City Beach. Rooms are like new, very comfortable and clean. Bed was excellent and was the bathroom.

The room was just okay, but not as clean as what I am used to. The hallway carpet was dirty and the walls needed painting. The TV didn't work. The pool was next to a tavern where the cigarette smoke drifted to the pool area. There was debris floating in the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I wouldn't stay there again.

For the price and location = 5 stars. No complaints. The room was clean, albeit simple and sparse (no artwork on the walls). Bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Nice location downtown, walkable to everything I needed. When I stayed there were not many guests in the "wing" I was in, so it seemed extra quiet.

It’s an interesting property with the hotel being broken up into 3 buildings. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We liked that most everything was in walking distance. What we found to be a big problem for us was the outrageous noise level at all hours of the night - it was like people were partying in their hotel rooms and literally yelling all around the hallways outside all night long. It was terrible and we barely slept. There doesn’t seem to be a noise curfew in place.

A comfortable and clean room. The a/c was already on which was nice since it was a very warm day. Enjoyed the breakfast offerings, and the view from the room was good. The patio door handle was broken, so it was difficult to step out on the balcony. That is the only negative of my room. Very satisfactory!
