My room was very dated. For the price I paid, my expectations were not met. The bathroom shower was in not so excellent condition. The room itself need some renovations. If I return to the area, I will stay at Fairfield or the new hotel that is being built.

Staff was great and breakfast was so clean and well stocked! Our shower head had mold on it, though and the floor and bed shook all night from the air conditioning. Overall, the staff and service was great but the facility itself needs more attention.

This was a nice surprise for a leisure visit to southern West Virginia. Extremely conveniently located and staff goes over and above to make sure guests feel welcome. We will definitely make this our "go to" hotel for the next stay. We enjoyed every part of this stay.

This place was clean and safe but the building smelled like it had just been sprayed for bugs. The smell even came through the vents in the rooms. It caused us to wake up coughing at night. Breakfast was decent. The hotel staff were very friendly.
