the room was spacious and very nice! the staff was very kind and helpful. my only complaint was the air conditioner would not run continuously and would just shut off, causing me to wake up sweating in the middle of the night. there was construction going on in some of the rooms on the same floor so i could hear drilling and other noises through the morning. but the room itself was clean and cozy.

Key card would not work the first time. Had to go downstairs to desk to get another. One elevator was out of service. There were spills on the floor in the breakfast area. There was hair on the shower floor. There was no trash receptacle in the toilet/shower area. Women particularly often need a garbage to dispose of female things. The shower was in a widespread spray. I’m 5 feet and the water spaced all around me. Very difficult to wash my hair. The shower head was way too tall for me to reach to reset. The room was very nicely laid out and spacious.
