Little or no heat in the room. No housekeeping, no trash removal. And treacherous exit driving onto road from motel driveway. For that alone I would never stay there again.

The room was clean which was appreciated. However the area is not safe. We spent two nights with people yelling & slamming their doors. The description of this hotel was not accurate. Very upsetting.

We stayed from Sunday thru Friday in the same room. Thursday I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. Friday I killed one just outside the bathroom. After informing the office Thursday and asking for them to place another "bug hotel" (there was 1 in the room already which I also found thursday) they said that they would instead send maintenance to spray our room. They never did and then ignored all 3 of my calls when trying to get the fumigators eta. We didn't move because of fear that there might be more bugs in the other rooms. Other than that they have done a wonderful job of trying to upgrade the rooms. They still have some painting work to complete but what has been done is going in the right direction. This location is hard to exit during the day time as it's located on a freeway / highway set right before the freeway interchange exit.

During my stay for 8 days I had to switch rooms my first night because there was a rat in the middle of my room….after I switched rooms my second room had roaches in it idk it be a nice hotel if the rodent issue was reserved

The room itself was clean and comfortable. The heat didn't seem to work and there were a ton of bugs in the shower as well as the sink. I put a cup of water over the sink drain and rolled up a towel to put in the other sink hole.

The area was very noisy and dirty, the TV did not turn off, the sink faucet was loose, the phone to the office did not work, the sheets were polyester, the lock on the door was broken, the entrance was dangerous off of Route 1, the room fan did not run continuously - the whole experience was not good.

The little interaction I had with anyone was pleasant and friendly. No issues whatsoever. My only negative is that you have to ask for service while you are there. I booked for a week and extended for another week and the only time anyone came in to refresh towels and take the trash was when I called and requested it. I feel like longer staying customers should still at least have towels and trash done every few days.

This property is the worst I have ever visited. It is roach-infested. I have a video. Roaches were running from one end of the room to the next, crawling on the walls and headboard. They seriously need to fumigate before allowing customers to book there. The front door was also rude about my concern, as if he didn't care. Don't book there, period!
