I am submitting only 2 star because after reserving 2 rooms for one night each I was charged 10 dollars to each room for”incidentals “ of which I did not use . Apparently WiFi is considered an incidental according to the hotel. I do not recall seeing this charge or notification anywhere when I was making the reservation. The hotel states that Expedia knows about this charge but is not showing it during booking. Lesson learned I guess !

Very bad stay.

Our stay was terrible. The staff was rude to my wife. Additionally, the air-conditioning did not work. Our room had no air flow , and was about 80 degrees. I will never stay there again.

The property could use a refresh, but overall it was very good. Friendly staff. Great dining in hotel. Gym was bad because both treadmills were inoperable. Instead of using the treadmill, I walked the perimeter of the property many times and it was very pretty. There is a homeless problem in the area, so stay alert.

convenient to the casino that’s about all. if we didn’t lose so much the first night there may have gone to casino the 2nd night.I feel wasn’t worth the cost compared to a comfort inn or hampton inn and they had a complementary breakfast you didn’t have to pay for. maybe i’m just cheap. it was clean but at 240 a night there should be no reason why it can’t be clean.

We went for a concert & it was my first stay here . I think when it is a busy event , more staff should be on for ease of check in. Our toilet was plugged & with 4 women in the room , it was needed ! We called the front desk 3 times teying to resolve it , we were “ we are busy with check ins “ . We waited another 50 minutes prior to calling again & were told “ we are waiting on maintenance . 20 minutes later someone knocked & handed us a plunger , informing us that “ he couldn’t enter our room “! We had to call an additional time & they finally came up . The cost was twice that of a nearby hotel we stayed at 2 weeks prior ! No staff except at the casino were smiling or overly friendly . I won’t stay again !

It was Expedia that was the problem . The wrong date was booked and I called to correct it and Expedia said they would call the front desk to change the date . I was at the front desk, cordial said the front desk said I could not change which was a lie because I was standing right there and they did not call . Then Expedia hung up on me . ☹️ could have been an easy fix , nope so I had to pay for both dates . I will never use Expedia again .
