Dear sir, my stay at the Hampton was probably my last. Check in was a breeze no issues. Lady working the front desk, Stacy, was very polite and professional and actually took the time to explain everything to me. Our room was on the 3rd floor with double occupancy. At first the room seemed ok but things fell apart once we settled in. The beds n pillows are extremely worn out n not at all comfortable. The heater/AC made a hi pitch noise throughout our stay. Not sure it even if it even funtioned properly. We rented on the hotel on the premise that the pool n jacuzzi were in service but when we went to use them they weren't. Kinda sux as our grandchild were so counting on going swimming. On Monday of our stay my granddaughter spotted a rodent/ mouse in our room. She freaked out as did I. My significant other went to the front desk and explained what was going on. I do not remember the night manager name but he asked my significant other what she would like him to do. Really!!! He came to the room to check it out. Sure enough he got to see the mouse poking his head out from behind the entertainment center. My granddaughter also provided pictures on the rodent. He immediately issued us another room on the 5th floor.He told me that he would contact Expedia and have our last night there comped free for the aggravation and stress caused by our experience. sincere Lyndon m Hardy. The parking was easy and convenient, but the hotel felt a bit worn and the first room that we were given had hair on the bathroom counter. They immediately gave us a new room that was clean, so the person working the counter did great. Overall, it was fine. They could do a better job cleaning but everything else was ok.

The room was in disarray. After a long day of travel, we entered the room and the pullout sofa was still open from house keeping: the walls were dirty and the bathroom door would not completely close. We were only there for one night; however, I am grateful we did not have to stay another night. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns. The quality of this location was less than desirable. At 4:30am, there was a party across the hall. The guests were loud and the smell of pot permeated the hallway. To say the least, our stay will never be repeated.

My initial room was a dump. The manager stepped right in relocated me to a very nice room and I am so very appreciative for his hospitality. This room was very up to par. In addition the manager was extremely kind that made up for the last room.

The room had leftover hair in the shower, sink and drawers the air conditioner was broken and pushing out hot air but they fixed it pretty promptly. Breakfast was pretty low quality and typically when I’ve stayed at Hampton inns it’s been way better

Terrible customer service, room wasn’t ready nearly on time, the pool was closed, almost no TP in bathroom, dirty furniture, grotesque windows you can’t see out of. Never coming back.
