Upon arrival, there was a couple arguing in the parking lot and as we approached the main entrance there were people openly drinking alcohol. There were also quite a few shady teens roaming the grounds and the hallways and also being extremely disruptive and rowdy in the pool and jacuzzi area, which was unfortunately very dirty as well. I would probably recommend someone to pay a little bit more to stay elsewhere. Very expensive stay for what we received.

I had several issues. 1) I am not handicapped, but the toilets were so low, I had difficulty getting up. 2) the housekeeping staff removed my wet/ used towels, but did not replace them. 3) An ice machine, but no ice buckets. 4) my last night, I requested a wake up call. which never came. The breakfast buffet was great, and the hot tub was genuinely hot. Thats about it

Bed wasn’t comfortable and mattress was stained. Toilet didn’t flush well. There was a kids hockey tournament and they were loud, rude and had no respect for other guests. Parents didn’t pay attention to them.
